Brokerage role
Astrum Global may facilitate introductions, requirement mapping, and practical diligence pathways. We do not act as the buyer, seller, exporter, importer of record, carrier, inspection company, escrow provider, or guarantor of any product, counterparty, payment, delivery, or transaction outcome.
No offer or guaranteed availability
Marketplace listings, sourcing discussions, and indicative information are not offers to sell, guarantees of availability, or confirmations of price, quality, quantity, title, origin, export readiness, or delivery capability. Terms and availability must be independently verified in writing with the relevant counterparties.
Independent due diligence
Each buyer, seller, and intermediary must conduct its own legal, regulatory, financial, technical, quality, counterparty, and commercial due diligence. This may include independent document validation, product inspection, sampling, laboratory testing, contract review, and insurance advice appropriate to the transaction.
Trade compliance
All parties are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including sanctions, export controls, customs, anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules, anti-money-laundering obligations, licensing requirements, and destination-country restrictions. Astrum Global does not provide legal advice or compliance certification.
Commission and commercial terms
Where Astrum Global supports a brokerage engagement, the scope of work, commission basis, payment timing, and any confidentiality or non-circumvention arrangements are subject to separate written agreement. No commission, exclusivity, authority, or transaction commitment exists unless expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant parties.
